ASHLEY OFF TO THE PARA-OLYMPICS

Former SSA Athlete Ashley van Rijswijk is off to the Tokyo Para-olympics after impressive results over the last couple of years and a lot of hard work!

WHAT A WEEK FOR ACADEMY ATHLETES!

Firstly, AWD Athlete Indiana Cooper headed to the Australian Track and Field Championships where she competed in the para U17 female 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m winning Gold in each event.

INDIANA COOPER SETTING A FAST PACE AND BREAKING PB’S

Indiana recently competed at the NSW Country Championships at the Mingara athletics track on the Central Coast where she came home with gold in the 200m, 400m and 800m lowering her 800m PB by 7 seconds and running a PB in her 200m

GRACE KRAUSE CONTINUES HER IMPRESSIVE FORM

Grace performed extremely well at ACPA All Schools in December. She came first in U14G 100m & LJ, 2nd in TJ and 3rd in 200m. This means that she has qualified for Nationals in 4 events which will be held in April at the Sydney Olympic Park.
