If you are an athlete in a 2017/18 Academy program who meets the nomination criteria (detailed in the information form attached below) and would like to apply for the Woolworths Scholarship for 2018 please fill in the below form before Friday 17 August 2018 (submissions after this date may not be considered) .

The Woolworths Scholarship is a cash grant of $5,000 awarded on an annual basis to one male and one female Academy athlete ($4,000 Sports Participation Grant and $1,000 Educational Grant) as well as a $1,000 grant to the Team Athlete of the Year (selected from the Woolworths Scholarship nominees). Winners are selected by a Judging Panel.

The Woolworths Scholarships are awarded at the Annual Athlete Dinner & Awards Night to be held on September 8 2018. Any questions regarding the scholarship should be directed to the Academy office (02) 4725 6466.

To be eligible for these scholarships you must be a member for one of the following 2017/18 programs: AFL girls, cycling, golf, netball, softball, basketball, tenpin bowling or Heartland Motors Lone Star.
